Quality Land Services LLC uses information people provide when they contact us to respond to inquiries, arrange estimates, communicate about services, and manage customer relationships. This may include a name, phone number, email address, property or service location, and details about the work requested.

Google Local Services Ads: When someone contacts us through a Local Services Ad, Google makes lead information available to our business. We use that information to respond to the inquiry and manage the potential job. Our “QLS Local Services to Zoho” connection is intended to retrieve leads from our own Google Ads account and transfer them through Make to Zoho CRM, where our team can track and follow up on them. It is not intended to access another business’s leads.

Service providers: Google, Make, Zoho, and our website provider may process information as part of providing these services. We may also share job details with people working on an estimate or service when needed to fulfill a request.

Storage and security: Lead information may be stored in Google’s services, Make, and Zoho CRM. We limit access to people who need the information for business purposes and use the security controls available in those services. We keep information as needed for customer service, business records, and applicable obligations.

Your choices: To ask about information you provided to Quality Land Services, or to request a correction or deletion where applicable, contact us at billing@qualitylandservicesllc.com. We may need to retain some records where required or reasonably necessary for business purposes.
